Soldier's graves are seen in the fog in the Schaerbeek Cemetery on the edge of Brussels and Zaventem, Belgium on Feb. 17, 2013. The cemetery is split by the border between Dutch-speaking Flanders and Brussels, which has a bilingual French-speaking majority. Many of the Belgian flags on the soldiers' headstones have been defaced. Language inequalities between officers and foot soldiers during WWI is an often repeated sore point in the Belgian language dispute.
