Rioters throw stones at police from behind a fire that they started in Bhaktapur, Nepal on 15 December 2005. The day after a Royal Nepal Army soldier went on a rampage and killed 11 civilians in a Hindu temple, angry residents closed down Bhaktapur's streets with violent riots and surrounded the hospital holding the victim's bodies demanding justice. Since the Royal Nepal Army entered into conflict against Nepal's Maoist rebels, it has come under heavy criticism for alledged human rights abuses and lack of accountablity.<br />
